the NE corner of the building, at the corner of 1st St. and Provost St. entrance at the corner of Provost and First Streets


On September 22, 2022 at 9:03PM the sun will hover over the equator and cut our earth into two equal halves. There will be 12 hours of daylight & 12 hours of night making light and time equal. Before we slowly slowly turn toward the darker days of an approaching winter, let’s focus on the balance of these two forces even if it’s for only one day. For this exhibition, Pro Arts asked members for art that expresses balance. The resulting show illustrates compositional symmetry, equilibrium, equality, egalitarianism, impartiality, neutrality, stasis…
