Evening Star Studio presents, HOLD ME NOW, an exhibition celebrating ceramics as vessels, containers and agents of holding. Vessels hold a special place in the world of ceramics often separating its makers as potters from their counterparts as sculptors. In this exhibition the ceramic artists blur the line between vessel and sculpture, exploring themes of holding, containing, carrying and nurturing in the works. The year 2025 has begun with some tragic and humbling events. In this exhibition the ceramic sculptures highlight larger themes of holding each other and the world through some rough times. The works ask the audience to see holding as crucial to progress and growth.

HOLD ME NOW opens Saturday, March 1 and runs through Sunday April 6th. Gallery hours daily 8am-1pm and by appointment. Contact Beth DiCara ahead of your visit at 201-388-7323 to make an appointment.
