Project 14C is an ambitious new arts residency and incubator program launched by ARTS 14C in February of 2025. Occupying three entire floors of the historic 150 Bay building, Project 14C has a total of 72 artist loft studio spaces.


For JC Fridays, studios will be open on all three floors. The 4th floor features the Special Project Residency artists, a multi-disciplinary group who are all working on projects that will be completed on April 11, 2025. The 5th floor features artists from the 12-month live/work residency program, and the 6th floor has artist working studios as well as a recording studio and the JC Writers workshop space.

  • There is a ramp on 1st Street on the Marin Blvd side of the building, as well as one on Provost Street, but the Provost St ramp is only accessed via a cobblestone street.
