Millicent "Millie" Ansah + West Bergen Branch Library Present to you Stretch and Sketch for JC Fridays. Join us as we stimulate and engage the youngsters in our community by merging wellness and art. Lauren Hemley will be leading the children in mindful yoga, where they will awaken their bodies, clear their minds and find calm.

After yoga with support from Sari Sari Company, Doddleallday and Flora Athens participants will let their creativity flow and use varied art items to make their own unique portrait. Art from Flora Athens, Sari Sari Company and Doddleallday will also be featured for the children and community to enjoy.

There are 20 spots available for for children ages 4 and up. There will be a fun art giveaway and light refreshments and snacks.

Stretch and Sketch is a part of JC Fridays, a free quarterly arts festival across Jersey City, NJ provided by @arthouseproductions.
