Francisco Silva

As a painter, there’s always a psychological pressure to create a major, finished work. This can be stifling to experimentation in one's work. Especially when trying to experiment with different color palettes, materials or painting techniques. To overcome this stigma, I decided to use cheap materials (house paint and builder's paper) that I had around the house. I used this approach to focus on animals that are becoming endangered due to climate change.
